Training for East Anglia Ministry is a one-year, one-day-a-week course focusing on learning to understand and apply the Bible, both to our own lives and to contemporary culture, in order to teach it effectively to others.
Held at Eden Baptist Church, near the Grafton Centre in Cambridge, TEAM runs on Wednesdays, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., for three ten-week terms (with half-term breaks). TEAM is backed by the East Anglia Gospel Partnership (EAGP) and led by Steve Midgley, Minister of Christ Church Cambridge, with regular input from a number of ministers in the East Anglian region. For more information, please download the TEAM brochure. If you would like to enrol for TEAM for the next academic year, beginning in September, you can also download the application form. 'I've been surprised and delighted by the experience of having my talks examined, and my whole thinking about how I communicate has been sharpened. If anyone is considering giving some time to be trained, there is nowhere that they can get more for their investment. TEAM is the best thing out there!' Jim, youth worker | |
